Rachel Elias brings a proven background in office management and customer service to her role as Office Manager at the Denver headquarters of TTLC. Her core responsibilities include inter-departmental and inter-office communication, general filing, calendar management for senior executives, support for event planning and meeting logistics, assisting with accounting and accounts payable, and aiding the completion of numerous projects as requested. Rachel has a strong background in operational management and possesses an up-beat independent attitude that allows her to problem-solve with alacrity.
Prior to joining TTLC, Rachel was Front Office Manager at the award-winning Maven Hotel, where she specialized in guest services. While at Maven Hotel she contributed to the hotel’s success, ending 2018 with a 100 on her employee satisfaction score, the top score possible. She was also the Front Desk Manager at Hotel Teatro for several years, where she helped the team exceed past accepted standards of performance to lead to a new level of excellence. Most recently, Rachel worked in client services at the VCA Littleton Animal Hospital. This position required high levels of organization and the ability to multitask easily. Rachel was also adept at interpersonal sensitivity, a necessary skill when helping pet owners under stress.
Rachel is a proud native of Colorado and loves life in Denver. She has participated in the Denver Chalk Art Festival since 2014, winning the award for Best Use of Color with her teammates in 2016. Rachel spends much of her free time in nature, and with family and friends, including her cat, Malachi. She enjoys travelling, with past trips from Europe to South America, and more trips planned to cover the globe.
