As Project Coordinator for the Sacramento office, Kim Sanfilippo is responsible for planning and executing assigned projects to support Sacramento property development. In addition, Kim provides administrative assistance to TTLC’s development company to maximize growth potential.
Kim has a wealth of experience in a variety of support roles, including five years as a Senior Administrative Assistant at Grubb & Ellis, and Procurement Coordinator at Facebook. Most recently Kim was a Senior Real Estate Project Coordinator and Real Estate Operations Coordinator with Apple for four years.
Her experience at Apple supported two directors in development of strategic plans and initiatives that oversaw 66% of Apple’s total retail fleet worldwide for over 300 retail stores throughout the US, Canada and Latin America. Kim served as a liaison for senior and executive management with a cross-functional focus, performing a variety of administrative responsibilities. These included team and project management, executive and board approvals, training, client relations, and real estate analytics.
Kim earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Management at Menlo College. She is married with two children, and her family has recently relocated to Sacramento from the Bay Area.
