Over 25 years Cynthia Keller has cultivated a diverse skillset with a strong background in residential real estate. She has worked for both private firms and public firms, including D. R. Horton, as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for their LA/Ventura/Kern division, and at Lennar (Lennar Urban) as Vice President of Sales & Marketing in their Los Angeles division. With a core focus in new home sales and marketing, her responsibilities have included guiding PR plans, overseeing online media, directing the development of marketing collateral, and directing the merchandising, marketing and sales of individual communities. In total she has been responsible for the sales and marketing of several thousand homes over the course of her career. Her experience is augmented by several years dedicated to market research, and close collaboration with the land acquisition teams at D. R. Horton and Lennar Urban.
Cynthia is adept at brand development and has created the brand for many communities and for companies. She joined The True Life Companies in 2010, guiding development of the corporate brand, public relations programs, online media and marketing. She oversees all aspects of company communication including the corporate website, PR plans and marketing.
Her passion in real estate is aligned with the Company’s focus on the development of infill properties. She believes taking under-performing existing infill property and laying the ground work that turns them into vibrant new neighborhoods builds a better foundation for local economies and communities. Cynthia is a long-term resident of California and lives in the Ventura area with her husband Hector. She is a graduate of the University of California, and attended the Georg-August University in Goettingen, Gemany.
