As Property Accountant, Marie Denison is responsible for monitoring cash flow on multiple project entities, providing balance sheet and P/L reconciliations, and processing settlement statements upon disposition, as well as management of accounts payable and accounts receivable. Her professional experience in administration, project coordination, budgets and forecasting, forms the foundation for a strong skill-set as an analytical organizer with proven ability to control and track projects and financials from start to finish. With a comprehensive background of more than a decade in administrative and accounting roles, Marie is poised to expand the efficiencies of TTLC’s account and finance department.

Before joining TTLC Marie served as Project Controller for Nelson Pipeline, an underground utilities company, where she supervised and ensured the company financials across multiple projects. Marie has also served in administrative roles with construction entities, such as Aberdeen Construction, where she led project management meetings, set up and tracked projects in software management programs, and entered and monitored contracts and budgets to prepare reports for Project Managers. In addition to accounting, early in her career Marie served as Safety Coordinator/Project Coordinator for Intermountain Electric where she assisted in the implementation of risk management and security processes.
