As Corporate Paralegal, Meghan Cluff provides full support to the internal legal and compliance team at The True Life Companies. Meghan’s core focus is preparing and managing documentation for entity formation, preparing filings for annual and bi-annual reports, maintaining entity organizational charts and updating corporate resolutions, and preparing drafts for all governing documents. She also handles general correspondence, compliance certifications and performs data entry audits for property contracts and other agreements. 

Meghan’s background includes her most recent role as Paralegal with Miller, Johnson, Snell & Cumminkey working on corporate governance documents, tax documentation and legal due diligence among other things. Prior to that she was a Legal Assistant and Paralegal with Stenger & Stenger. She also served as an intern at the Kent County Courthouse in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Meghan brings a very detail oriented focus to all her work and maintains effective communication with internal team members and outside counsel.  

Originally from Grand Rapids, Michigan, Meghan earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies and Criminal Justice at the Grand Valley State University, Michigan.  She has relocated to Denver recently and is enjoying new surroundings. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking with her dog, reading, thrifting, and going to concerts.
