As Director of Financial Planning & Analysis for our Corporate Finance Team, Kris Kaiser's main responsibilities include financial modeling and forecasting, data analytics, validating IRR calculations for our Fund investments, and supporting the Finance and Accounting teams overall. He also works closely with the Property Team, Corporate Investment Operations, Homes Built for America and others to gather and analyze data to produce clear, actionable insights for the Company. Kris has experience working in major commercial and residential real estate projects, high level financial modeling and has worked as Controller/CFO for companies, thus bringing strong accounting knowledge and skills to our team.

Most recently, Kris served as the Chief Financial Officer for the Redstone Group of Companies, a regional developer with a commercial and residential rental property portfolio with $50 Million in annual revenue.  In his role, Kris helped sourced fresh equity and debt for new acquisitions, provided financial analysis on all new construction, stabilized acquisitions prior to onboarding and provided disposition analysis on all portfolio sales.  Previously, Kris was CFO/Controller for the Orton Development company, a family owned international commercial real estate business.  Kris has advanced skills in financial modeling and will work alongside our property team in developing comprehensive proforma modeling for our business needs.

Kris earned his degree in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and enjoys playing tennis and writing fiction in his spare time.
