Bill Hoffenberg brings a wealth of experience to his role as CFO of TTLC, including roles in residential and commercial real estate finance, development, construction, home building and investor relations. He has held the role of Chief Financial Officer at a variety of real estate firms throughout his career, as well as that of Chief Operating Officer. He served as Chief Financial Officer for 11 years at Koll Company until 2004 and followed by 9 years at Sunroad Enterprises, with his most recent role as CFO/COO at Adler Industrial, where he worked with affiliated realty investment and GC businesses.

Bill's additional responsibilities have included managing relationships with Wall Street funds and investment banks, negotiating debt, and managing human-resources information systems. He holds degrees from Stanford University and Harvard Business School, where he earned his Masters in Business Administration.
