Cameron Stewart is the Director of Acquisitions covering the Sacramento Region for The True Life Companies. He is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and pre-qualifying opportunities and managing the due diligence processes to successfully acquire property investments. Through research and analysis, Cameron creates a business plan for each investment and provides recommendations to the regional Managing Director and Investment Committee for properties that meet the standards of the company.

Cameron has over 30 years of land acquisition and development experience in California which he gained as Owner and Managing Partner of Hartford Land Management. While there he supervised all phases of the acquisition, entitlement and home building process as well as dispositions to merchant homebuilders. With his negotiation and deal structuring skills Cameron is able to optimize yields to investors and deliver high quality products to the community.

In his free time Cameron is an avid boater, skier (water and snow), and camper.
