As Director of Strategy & Growth under the COO, Morgan Tassler works in collaboration with Chris Crawford and others throughout the organization to design and implement the strategy and related actions needed to help The True Life Companies continue to scale business. Morgan is also a key point of contact for investor relationships, as well as teams within the company including Finance, Investment Services and Corporate Operations Teams, and will maintain relationships with outside partners.

Prior to joining TTLC, Morgan held the position as Investor Relations Associate with Stone Pine Accounting Services. Here she was responsible for handling client inquiries, managing workflow to respond to client requests, and provided support in coordinating client communications on investments including fund performance.

Her earlier experience involved 4 years with JP Morgan Chase & Co. where she was promoted to Operations Manager after only one year. Her accomplishments include oversight of regional operations across multiple employee roles, establishing operational objectives and growth plans, and managing the day to day branch operations including staffing, hiring, training, and business development. Additionally, she worked on private equity funds and family office equity programs, as well as multiple high-risk mergers within JP Morgan Chase.

In her free time Morgan donates time to veterans’ events such as Hugs from Home, the Freedom Dogs Fundraiser and the Veterans Memorial Run in Castle Rock. She enjoys hiking, camping and leading a healthy life style.
