As Chief Financial Officer of The True Life Companies, Chad Scherer oversees financial strategy and operations across the firm and its subsidiaries, including Elite Fund III. With more than 25 years of experience, he provides expertise in capital management, reporting, compliance, and investor communications, ensuring financial discipline at every level of the organization.

Chad’s career includes leadership roles at Deloitte & Touche, First Data Corporation, M.D.C. Holdings, and MWH Global, where he managed a 220-member international finance team and led the sale of the company to Stantec. He is a CPA in Colorado, holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, and serves on the board of Providence Network.
