As Vice President of National Properties, Nick Mason leads efforts on the acquisition of property to successfully onboard new sites for The True Life Companies' (TTLC) portfolio. He works closely with the regional teams to identify the optimal sites that fit TTLC's strategy to bring new housing to supply constrained markets, developing and executing on acquisitions that will meet the targeted goals on an annual basis. He also supports the regional teams in property negotiations and contract management, offering guidance throughout the term of the transaction to bring desriable sites to TTLC's homebuilding partners.

Nick has over 18 years of real estate experience in Salt Lake City with an emphasis on identifying and acquiring new properties for development. He previously served as the Vice President of LGI Homes where he managed the full cycle of property acquisition from research through due diligence. Prior to LGI Homes he served as the Vice President of Land at Bach Homes and simultaneously served as the President of Pivot Excavation. While there he managed the marketing and sales process of apartment complexes for the company with an estimate value of $60,000,000. He has experience in building teams that work towards common goals and comes with a track record of success. 

Nick holds a real estate broker’s license and a contractor’s license in Utah. Outside of work Nick is passionate about playing music, sailing, baseball, and traveling with his family.
