As the Regional Director in Utah and Colorado, Nick Mason manages the acquisition, entitlement process, and due diligence required to successfully onboard new properties in the Rocky Mountain region. He works closely with both the Denver and Salt Lake City team on acquisition and disposition plans, managing property negotiations throughout the term of the transaction, helping to support the entitlement efforts, as well as developing and engaging in the marketing of the sites to the regions’ homebuilding partners.

Nick has over 18 years of real estate experience in Salt Lake City with an emphasis on identifying and acquiring new properties for development. He previously served as the Vice President of LGI Homes where he managed the full cycle of property acquisition from research through due diligence. Prior to LGI Homes he served as the Vice President of Land at Bach Homes and simultaneously served as the President of Pivot Excavation. While there he managed the marketing and sales process of apartment complexes for the company with an estimate value of $60,000,000. He has experience in building teams that work towards common goals and comes with a track record of success. 

Nick holds a real estate broker’s license and a contractor’s license in Utah. Outside of work Nick is passionate about playing music, sailing, baseball, and traveling with his family.
