As Manager of Partner Relations & Communications, Raquel Rodriguez's role is to facilitate and enhance communication with professional advisors and investors, thereby strengthening these relationships and ensuring a smooth experience for our capital partners. She supports TTLC's relationships with broker-dealers, registered investment advisors, and other professionals by assisting in the distribution of information, managing introductions, and coordinating and attending meetings and conferences. With a background in account management and strong client services and communications skills, Raquel is uniquely qualified to develop and administer investor communication efforts as part of the organization's structure.
Prior to The True Life Companies, Raquel worked for PlanOmatic a tech-enabled service company providing visual digital and photographic tools to owners and operators of single-family rentals. While there she was a key contributor to overall company revenue by designing and implementing processes that streamlined onboarding and communications for key clients. She managed accounts totaling $7 Million in revenue in 2019 and co-created a customer success program that improved client communication and enhanced the client experience. She held quarterly reviews with key stakeholders and provided clients with in-depth data research and resulting suggestions that were adopted across the board.
Earlier experience includes two years with the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, where Raquel managed promotions for the school and generated content for their outreach efforts.
Raquel graduated from the University of Santa Clara in California, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts. She relocated to Denver in 2017 and her hobbies include yoga, reading and playing with her dog, Lilah.
