Leah Beniston has been a driving force on TTLC’s Bay Area land team since 2014, securing entitlements for hundreds of new homes across the region, from transit-oriented multifamily to single-family communities. With more than 25 years of experience in city planning, entitlement, and project management, she brings a unique perspective shaped by work in both the public and private sectors.

Before joining TTLC, Leah managed complex redevelopment, compliance, and construction projects with Weston Solutions, the California Maritime Academy, and the Cities of Livermore and Burlingame. She holds a degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
