As Director of Entitlements, Colorado, Zell Cantrell, works directly with the Denver property team to identify and pursue potential properties for the company. His responsibilities include assisting with all aspects of due diligence prior to the onboarding of a potential project. Additionally, Zell manages entitlement activities to ensure schedules are met while working to provide complete and accurate budgets. As an experienced project manager, Zell brings acute attention to detail and dedication to high standards that meet the goals of The True Life Companies.

Zell has over 25 years of experience in the Real Estate development industry. Prior to joining The True Life Companies, Zell was the Senior Development Services Project Manager with Galloway & Company, a multi-disciplined Architectural and Engineering consulting firm. As a leader on the Development Services team Zell helped coordinate site investigation, managed entitlements and permitting and due diligence.

Zell earned his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Idaho and enjoys cycling, skiing and fishing in his spare time.
