An accomplished executive with over a decade of experience, Darci Clark brings a wealth of expertise in human resource management and development to her role as Vice President of People & Culture at TTLC. Leading talent resources and culture development across The True Life platform Darci is responsible for developing processes and systems that support a growing team in multiple geographic locations, and integrating her acute insights and valuable experience to enhance and build a thriving culture.  In her past roles she has been a key player in developing strategies that optimize organizational performance with a core focus on HR development, recruitment strategies, and employee retention programs. Her skill set has been refined by her responsibilities guiding the development of performance management processes, team and management training, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and sourcing and supervising benefits programs. Her past roles have also included executive recruitment positions with Centura Health, and with ProBuild, a Fidelity Company. 

A certified executive coach, Darci has been instrumental in helping executives and team members improve personal performance and she is skilled at conflict resolution. She also developed action programs for targeted training and succession planning using stretch-assignments, training and mentorship programs. In her most recent role she designed and implemented an innovative onboarding program, instituted a professional growth plan for corporate staff, and designed coaching and mentorship programs to develop leaders and novice managers. Darci is a graduate of Western Michigan University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Communication.  

Darci is fond of family gatherings and is a huge sports fan. She enjoys the outdoors and indulges her athletic side playing golf, running, paddleboarding and other water activities, traveling to new spots each year to vary the challenge.
