As an In-House Legal and Compliance Associate, Quinn provides invaluable support to our In-house Legal and Compliance Team as well as the Investment Operations Team. She is responsible for drafting essential documents related to financing transactions, acquisitions, and investor relations.

Before joining TTLC, Quinn worked for an Am Law 100 law firm and national law firm in Denver where she gained experience drafting and reviewing transactional documents and contracts for public and private businesses, as well as health care entities and non-profit organizations. Her experience includes mergers and acquisitions, licensing agreements, master service agreements, and confidentiality agreements. Quinn's efforts in streamlining the due diligence process, formation, financing, and general corporate governance of entities and venture capital transactions have been commendable.

Quinn graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Dayton in 2018. She earned her J.D. from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law and passed the Uniform Bar Exam (UBE). Outside of work, Quinn enjoys skiing, reading, and spending time with her Golden Retriever, Teddy.
