Peggy Salzer brings extensive legal, operational, and investment expertise to her role as Senior Vice President of Property Operations and Administration at The True Life Companies. A veteran of the firm, she helped launch TTLC’s first two fund offerings and played a key role in building the investment operations team. Today, she serves on the Investment and Treasury Committees as Corporate Secretary and acts as a strategic liaison between corporate and property teams, ensuring alignment and execution across all regions.

Prior to rejoining TTLC, Peggy held senior legal and operational positions at MDC Holdings, Kinross Gold USA, and within land asset management for institutional clients. Her background in corporate litigation and legal operations gives her a cross-disciplinary perspective that strengthens TTLC’s national platform. Peggy holds an Associate’s Degree, a Paralegal Certificate, and FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
