As a Co-Founding Partner of The True Life Companies, Joe Fraser has been instrumental in shaping the firm’s growth and capital strategy for more than a decade. With over 20 years of experience in capital markets, he has procured and deployed nearly $500 million for investors, primarily in residential real estate. Joe played a key role in building TTLC’s capital raising platform, connecting partners with development opportunities, and establishing the company’s core values and long-term vision.

Earlier in his career, Joe worked with angel and venture capital investors at LiquidPrice.com, focusing on startup financing before transitioning to real estate. He has held roles in sales and marketing across industries and served four years in the U.S. Navy. Today, he continues to guide TTLC’s investor relationships and capital strategy while supporting the firm’s expansion into new opportunities.
