Nick Mason serves as Senior Vice President of National Properties at The True Life Companies, where he leads national acquisition and pipeline strategy for residential land development. He oversees a multi-market portfolio across California, Utah, Colorado, Texas, and the Carolinas, guiding land acquisitions, entitlement, and partnerships with homebuilders and investors.

With more than 20 years of experience in residential real estate and development, Nick has held leadership roles at LGI Homes, Bach Homes, and Pivot Excavation, and began his career with CBRE in land brokerage and investment strategy. He has managed complex land transactions, large-scale development operations, and strong relationships with builders, landowners, and municipalities—helping advance TTLC’s mission to transform underutilized land into thriving communities.
