As a founding partner Scott Clark led The True Life Companies (TTLC) for over 18 years, first as CEO and then as Chairman and CEO, building TTLC into one of the leading property development teams in the country. Scott's expertise is defined by over 25 years of executive management experience in the capital markets and within the real estate space. Leading a team of business partners, Scott built The True Life Companies into a prominent strategic investment and asset management company with a significant property portfolio. In coordination with Scott Menard, in 2021 Scott Clark launched Homes Built For America, the new homebuilding operation within TTLC. With deliberate emphasis, Scott has grown the company to focus on the acquisition, management and disposition of land for residential development across California, Colorado, Arizona, Texas, Utah and South Carolina. Executing on its business plan, the team has managed the deployment of more than $187 Million in capital over the past several years. Scott’s dedication to building a strong company is evident in his continued relationship with the team as Chairman Emeritus, helping to guide the vision for growth.
