
Over 25 years Cynthia has cultivated a diverse skillset inresidential real estate, working for both private firms and public firms,including D. R. Horton, as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for their LA/Ventura/Kern division as well as having the role of Vice President of Sales& Marketing at Lennar (Lennar Urban) in Los Angeles. With a core focus in new home sales and marketing, her responsibilities have included guiding product design, directing the development of marketing collateral, guiding PR plans and advertising, overseeing online media, designing pricing strategies,development of community branding, and directing the merchandising, marketingand sales of individual communities.
She has also been responsible for corporate brand managementfor both TTLC and HBFA, and her background is augmented further by several years dedicated to market research. In her past roles at D. R. Horton andLennar Urban she worked in close collaboration with the land acquisition teamson market feasibility, pricing, product and market segmentation. In total, Cynthia has been responsible for the sales and marketing of several thousand homes overthe course of her career in both urban and suburban environments and iscurrently the Senior Vice President of Brand & Marketing at Homes Built for America.
