As Regional Director, Colorado Properties, David Clock is responsible for directing and managing the TTLC property portfolio in the Colorado region. His experience is the culmination of nearly 20 years covering a broad background in multi-family, mixed use, retail, office and industrial real estate. His knowledge and skill set includes the full range of property development, from site identification and transaction negotiation, through due diligence, entitlement, design and construction. This extensive range of knowledge provides a strong foundation from which he conducts transactions on behalf of The True Life Companies.
David is passionate about developing neighborhood and product design that enhance local communities, giving back through the creation of better places to live, work and thrive. From mulit-family through commercial, over his career he has been involved in the development of over 7 million square feet of real estate with a value of more than $2.2 Billion.
Most recently David served several years as the Manager of Development with Forum Real Estate Group, a boutique private firm concentrating on multi-family and mixed use property. Prior to that, he was Partner and Vice President of Development for ExTerra Realty Partners in 2006, which later became Quattro Realty Group before being acquired by Lennar Commercial in 2014 (a subsidiary of Lennar). In this role with Lennar David managed several large legacy projects for the company, in addition to numerous other new commercial developments.
David earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science from the University of California at Santa Barbara, before obtaining his Masters of Applied Science at the University of Denver. He is currently working on obtaining his Colorado Real Estate Broker License, and is a member of the Urban Land Institute. David truly manifests his desire to give back, exhibited by his works with numerous charities including Boy Scouts of America, Food Bank of the Rockies, and Rotary International. In his free time David enjoys doing “everything outdoors” with his family including skiing, backpacking and fly fishing.
