A future neighborhood consisting of 5.7 acres, proposed for 91 single-family attached homes in the town of Livermore. Community amenities will include a public promenade through the center of the community to promote connectivity and provide access to neighboring May-Nissen Community Park. The May-Nissen Park features swimming, basketball, picnic and play ground structures and a Library Annex, Rincon Library and ball fields. Tentative map approval anticipated in late 2018.
