THE TRUE LIFE COMPANIES ANNOUNCES OPENING OF SECOND LOCATION IN MID-ATLANTIC REGION

RALEIGH, NC – The True Life Companies’ (TTLC) today announced the opening of its newest office in Raleigh, North Carolina, the Company’s second location in the Mid-Atlantic area. TTLC’s fast-growing workforce over the past two years has prompted its recent expansion to several other regions throughout the United States, including Bethesda, Maryland (Mid-Atlantic); Austin, Texas, and Salt Lake City, Utah. David Goracke, Managing Director of North Carolina for The True Life Companies, will lead the new office.

He brings decades of experience in strategic asset identification and oversight of community operations in the North Carolina market, making him the ideal leader to build our team in the Carolina’s and support The True Life mission in Raleigh.” 

Goracke will be responsible for leading the management, coordination, and supervision of The True Life Companies’ operations in the Carolinas, contributing to TTLC’s growth in the Mid-Atlantic region. He will oversee the identification and underwriting of strategic land opportunities for acquisitions and the development and disposition of communities to national, regional, and local homebuilders. “One of the most rewarding aspects of my role is the opportunity to build a team and establish the TTLC brand here in Raleigh,” said Goracke. “I look forward to actively supporting the Company’s mission to providing attainable housing in the Mid-Atlantic region.”

Prior to joining The True Life Companies, Goracke served as Vice President of Kolter Land Partners, where he played a key role in expanding the firm from Florida to the Carolina market during his 14-year tenure. Goracke’s previous experience also includes launching and managing First American, which was sold to Mungo Homes, and Westfield Homes, which was purchased by Standard Pacific Homes and later acquired by Lennar Homes.
