Currently in the planning stages, the master plan of The Village at Loomis proposes a balanced setting with residential, business, commercial, retail, parks and trails. A total of 47.9 acres is proposed for residential development, to bring much needed housing to the region in a range of pricing and home designs, from attached homes to single-family detached.
