Approximately 2.6 acres of property were entitled for 59 attached homesites in the Milpitas community of the Bay Area. This is the first of several phases of townhouse style homes that TTLC is working on to bring new housing opportunity to Milpitas. The neighborhood is part of the Transit Area Specific Plan, and will have access to a future BART station. It currently offers access to light rail, the Montague Expressway and Highways 237, 680 and 880. Tarob Court was sold to Toll Brothers in the first quarter of 2017.
