This is the second parcel of the Tarob Court community, and has been approved for 53 attached townhomes and condominiums. The site is approximately 1/3 mile from the new BART Milpitas Station, and also offers additional nearby transit from the Valley Train Authority Light Rail, Montague Station. All neighborhoods within Tarob Court have access to open space upon completion of the southeastern portion of the Penitencia Creek Trail. The site was purchased by Toll Brothers in 2017.
