The property was entitled for 96 single-family home sites over the ensuing 14 months, and sold to Meritage Homes in the first quarter of 2017. The community is close to Vasco Road, the main road from Brentwood to Highway 580, and is within 1-mile of the charming downtown area of Brentwood. We anticipate these homes will offer a more affordable price range to the community, from the high $500,000’s to the mid $600,000’s.
