Acquired in 2014, Mahuron occupies 3.97 acres within the King Dobbin Transit Village master plan adjacent to the Dobbin Drive parcel. After acquiring the Property, TTLC completed entitlements for the tentative map in 2015 for 109 townhomes. The neighborhood is within walking distance to the new Berryessa BART station allowing an easy public commute to Silicon Valley employment. The Property was sold to Pulte Homes in May 2015.
