Located in the Santa Clara region of the Bay Area, Kifer is composed of 1.91 acres of land which the company entitled for 45 single-family attached homesites. The work began in 2015, and entitlements were completed and the property was sold to Toll Brothers in April of 2017. This community is part of the larger Lawrence Area Specific Plan, in the heart of Silicon Valley with close proximity to CalTrain, the Central Expressway, Lawrence Expressway and Highway 101.
