The community is ideally located to take advantage of the Berryessa Bay Area Rapid Transit Station (currently under construction), and within a short distance of major Silicon Valley employers. Original plans targeted the construction of 125 homes, primarily for first-time and move-up home buyers. TTLC completed entitlements in 2015 to a tentative map approval, increasing the homesite count for these attached townhomes to 131. Pulte Homes purchased the property from TTLC in May of 2015 and is currently building and marketing the homes to new home buyers in the region.
