Located in the charming community of Galt, a suburb of the Sacramento region in California, The True Life Companies completed the approvals for 86 new single family homesites. The property was sold to Richmond American Homes in June of 2021, with homes sales planned for 2022. TTLC Development, in an agreement with Richmond American Homes, will begin horizontal construction in 2021.
This 59 acre site lies across Kost Road from the prior property known as Cardoso I, which was sold in 2019 to KB Homes. As with the earlier development, Cardoso II is close to Highway 99, providing easy access for the commute to employment centers in Rancho Cordova, Elk Grove, Sacramento or Stockton. This future new home community reflects the continuing commitment of The True Life Companies to creating attainable housing. TTLC has been working in the community of Galt since 2018.
