San Ramon, CA – The True Life Companies (TTLC) is pleased to announce a unanimous 7-0 approval for a new mixed-use community that will consist of 189 townhomes and condominiums, and 10,500 SF of retail space in Hayward, CA.
Inclusive of two building parcels on 12 acres of property between Mission Boulevard and Tennyson Road, this neighborhood is located within walking distance of the South Hayward Bart station. The previously vacant parcels were cleaned up from their previous use and will be repurposed into 3 and 4-story townhomes and stacked flats, ranging in size from 1,300 – 2,100 square feet. Along with new retail and commercial space, over 15% of the site will feature open space, including connected walking and biking paths, a dog park and outdoor common areas.
