THE TRUE LIFE COMPANIES APPOINTS JUSTIN CLARK TO THE TEAM

Denver, CO – After taking time to expand his reach and influence throughout varying divisions of the investment sector, The True Life Companies (TTLC) is pleased to announce the return of Justin Clark to its capital group as Director, Capital Markets.

Having joined Verravita Capital as a fund consultant this year, Justin’s role is now being expanded to include The True Life Companies, where he will work to strategically align TTLC with new investors, particularly in the technology field where exciting gains are being made each day in a growing number of areas. Justin’s credentials also include work with Cadence Asset Management.

“Part of my role is to align expectations with the trends that are transpiring in capital markets and match them to the needs of the current investor community. It’s a win-win scenario for both the company and the investor and one that inspires me every day to work to the greatest outcome for all involved,” Justin said.

Justin has thorough understanding of the technology and is currently serving as fiduciary officer for the Airbnb of parking, Pied Parker –- a start-up that promises to be the next solution for busy commuters seeking parking spots in busy metropolitan areas.

At Verravita, Justin was instrumental in raising capital to fund the acquisition of real estate assets for land development and the homebuilding sector. At TTLC, Justin will play a pivotal role in shepherding new Silicon Valley tech investors to TTLC, providing this sector with diversification and amplifying their investment into a hard asset. Something he has done successfully as vice president of Cadence Asset Managent – a private real estate investment management firm.
