Description

Job Summary:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

o        Support other team members in creating a positive work environment

o         Assist Purchasing manager in the contracting of new projects

o        Manage the contract signing process and contract tracking log

o         Assist the purchasing manager in making contract and change order updates

o         Assist in the usage of the option program

o         Submit national product rebates and maintain tracking log

o         Generates and circulates house budgets.

o         Send out DocuSign contract changes and notices.

o         Assist in vetting new subcontractors to ascertain their viability as trade partners

o         Maintain the contractor contact list

o         Assist in the creation and maintenance of the project specifications document

o         Compile, track and submit for all product rebates

o         Performs other duties as assigned by Manager.

Salary Range

$65,000 - $70,000
