Skills/Qualifications
· Exceptional writing and analytical skills as well as verbal communication
· Candidate must be detail-orientated, proactive, and self-motivated
· The ability to work independently or in a team setting
· Proficiency in Adobe, Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point; intermediate level Excel preferred to be successful in this role
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a high-volume work environment

· Ability to learn new industry specific software and systems
· TTLC currently requires employees to work in both a shared office setting and remotely. Please note this can, at any time change based on the needs of the company.
Responsibilities:
· Perform prospective and existing investor onboarding activities including document distribution, collection and tracking, investor portal data entry, etc.
· Assist with data entry and accurate record keeping
· Manage investor portfolios in several different TTLC fund offerings
· Assist with monitoring transactions
· Assist with day-to-day operation efforts and documents required to underwrite new investment offerings
· Ensure all client deliverables are prepared accurately and with a high level of quality.
· Ensure that final documents for each investor are maintained within the Digital File System
· Monitor shared inbox for investor communications
· Periodically send hard copies of documents/reports/notices/etc to Investors
