Blending Hearts and Creating Future at Pine Canyon

When it comes to building a great team – there are many elements to consider. Expertise certainly…and commitment, collaboration and trust are definitive requirements. But, there is one intangible, where the team at The True Life Companies really shines, and that’s heart.  And when we blend that heart with the spirit of our community team members and partners, great things begin to happen.

With that in mind, I would like to share my enthusiasm for the team at Pine Canyon in Flagstaff, Arizona.

On my first visit to Pine Canyon, I remember the awe-inspiring beauty of the setting. You could feel the pride of ownership as you walked the property. You could see the contribution and commitment to the community. Even though the employees had gone through years of uncertainty in the recent recession; Pine Canyon was immaculate, obviously cared-for and truly loved. The truth is, their care for the community is beyond compare.

That initial visit made an immediate impression on me and I was certain we were going to come together. It was obvious to me that the heart of Pine Canyon matched the heart of The True Life Companies.

Over the past 14 months, our teams have united, sharing the same values and goals. Each day we aspire to build true community, where people naturally come together.

Blending hearts and creating the future, that’s what it’s all about. And I can’t express enough how proud I am of what has happened, is happening and I’m sure will continue to happen at Pine Canyon.
