Tina Lopez brings a solid background in compliance and day-to-day transaction management to her role as Manager of Operations & Partner Services at The True Life Companies. Tina’s experience includes a focus on real estate, as well as finance and administration. Her accomplishments range over a broad array of responsibilities. Most notably, she managed commercial properties for company owned real estate, including coordinating contractors, vendors, and insurance claims. She also managed record keeping for real estate transactions, conducted file audits, created and maintained current forms, reviewed title records and oversaw the clearing of liens, exceptions and corrections. She coordinated with legal teams for development properties, as well as current property assets and Receivership properties to ensure compliance.
While a Transaction Coordinator and Office Manager with Vegas Valley Properties for several years, Tina developed and implemented the transaction coordination process for the company, and assisted with daily operations and compliance for the real estate division. Prior responsibilities also included credit services for the Colorado State Employees Credit Union, where Tina was responsible for loan review and recommendations, share account products, and member account resolution. She also researched credit card disputes and fraudulent transactions, as well as all debit/credit card maintenance and activities.
Tina’s career encompasses over 25 years in the states of Colorado and Nevada. She is a notary in the state of Colorado and has taken a number of real estate and business courses as she continues to pursue ongoing education as part of her passion in real estate. Born and raised in Denver, Tina resides with her youngest daughter and her dog. Her older daughter and extended family live nearby and her son resides in Las Vegas. Tina enjoys the perks of living in Colorado by camping and hiking often, and attending major league sporting events.
