Shannon Morgan serves as Executive Assistant to CEO and Chairman, Scott Clark, at The True Life Companies. Shannon works closely with the CEO to manage his schedule and coordinate travel, helping him prepare for meetings, speaking engagements, and presentations. She serves as the point of contact for Scott with other senior team leaders and Board members, identifying and prioritizing urgent matters to facilitate timely communication. Her responsibilities include arranging team calls and meetings, assisting in planning and organizing events, and coordinating communication between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders.
Shannon brings over 20 years of experience in communication, leadership, and organization skills to her role and strives to improve organizational efficiency through her work. Prior to joining The True Life Companies Shannon worked as the Executive Assistant to the CFO and Treasurer at AES Clean Energy. While there she proactively managed calendars, anticipating and addressing potential scheduling conflicts. She coordinated meetings for multiple people and served as the point of contact for her team, serving to provide back up as needed to other senior support staff.
Shannon received her Bachelor’s in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. In her free time, she enjoys playing golf, working out and traveling.
