As the Senior Land & Development Analyst for the Mid-Atlantic market Ryan is responsible for identifying and evaluating deal opportunities while managing the due diligence processes to successfully acquire property investments that align with the Company’s thesis. Along with his main responsibilities, Ryan also conducts research in his market, sourcing potential prospects, determining development feasibility, assisting with all aspects of due diligence, and building market relationships within the Mid-Atlantic region.

Prior to joining The True Life Companies, Ryan worked at some the country’s top home builders, including Richmond American Homes and Lokal Homes. Learning the role of Land Acquisition Specialist while at Richmond American and eventually becoming Senior Land Acquisition Specialist at Lokal Homes, Ryan found success and passion early in his career. He has successfully negotiated purchase agreements for Lokal homes which lead to 1,500 homesites for the company and received ‘Rookie of the Year’ while there.

Ryan received a full scholarship to the University of Denver, Daniel’s College of Business where he earned his BSBA in Real Estate and the Built Environment as well as a degree in Spanish. In his free time Ryan enjoys skiing, playing hockey and attending concerts.
