Roger Nagel, Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, is responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex financial and operational metrics that drive TTLC financial decisions. Over his 20 year career he has proven his capacity to provide leadership, financial foresight, and strategic planning while assuring financial integrity that supports scalable growth.
Roger brings in-depth experience to financial modeling, FP&A, and KPIs. In his most recent position as Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Vitalant, he managed 2 divisions with $80 Million in annual revenue, and developed the FP&A department standard financial metrics, statistical reporting, KPIs, budgets and forecasts. At Davita Medical Group, the Healthcare Management division of Davita, Inc., he took ownership of the much delayed budget, completing it in two months. He developed financial modeling used for decision making, partnered well with department leaders, and assessed key metrics for data driven financial insight that led to operational efficiencies and realistic forecasts. Roger began his career working in higher education, charting the course for Corinthian Colleges’ growth from $50 Million to $1 Billion in revenues.
Roger graduated with a MBA in International Finance from California State Fullerton, and has a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Iowa. He loves spending time with his wife and two boys, skiing, camping, and hiking in all that Colorado has to offer.
