Nicholas A D'Argenzio

Highly skilled and practiced in the acquisition and development of mixed use properties and retail centers, Nicholas (Nick) D’Argenzio has honed his knowledge and talent nearly 15 years with real estate development, investment, and brokerage firms such as FivePoint Holdings (formerly Lennar Urban), Regency Centers, and Faris Lee Investments. His broad knowledge and expertise contribute to the fulfillment of TTLC’s infill growth strategy, with his efforts concentrated on retail programming for the current portfolio of mixed-use properties. In addition, he is responsible for identifying and securing new infill sites in alignment with Company growth objectives.

Prior to TTLC, Nick was Senior Manager of Development with FivePoint Holdings in San Francisco, where he lead retail and commercial pre-development, design, and pre-leasing for landmark urban mixed-use developments, including Candlestick Park and the San Francisco Shipyard in the City. Candlestick Park included +/-500,000 SF lifestyle retail shopping district with grocery, theater, shops, and restaurants in addition to over a million square feet of hotels, office, residential, and affordable housing. The San Francisco Shipyard includes over five million square feet of office and commercial.

Prior to FivePoint, at Regency Centers, Nick was Manager of Investments & Development in Los Angeles. Here he managed projects throughout Southern California, from initial site identification, predevelopment and land acquisition, through entitlements, construction, leasing, and grand opening. Nick successfully completed the ground up development and re-development of multiple regional shopping centers including anchors such as Whole Foods, Gelsons Market, and other supermarkets.

Nick began his career at Faris Lee Investments, where as Senior Financial Analyst and ultimately Investment Associate he was the lead financial underwriter responsible for approximately $5 billion of assets composed of hundreds of shopping centers across the United States. As Investment Associate he sourced and worked on numerous off-market and private equity transactions worth over $150 million.

Nick is a graduate of the University of Southern California, where he received a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development with honors including being on the Silver Shovel winning team in the USC vs. UCLA NAIOP Competition. Nick lives in San Francisco with his wife, Joanna and are expecting their first child, a boy, soon. They enjoy exploring the city, trying new restaurants and traveling to other locales.
