Over the past 25 years, Kyle Grider has established a substantial career in financial planning and investment management, building leadership experience that combines management acumen with expert knowledge of the investment management and real estate industries. At TTLC Kyle is responsible for cultivating new relationships and educating new investors on the company’s strategic real estate investment strategy. His skill and passion in understanding the needs and values of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth investors have allowed him to develop deep relationships and an impressive multi-year track record of raising capital in the Denver area.
Before joining TTLC, Kyle served as CEO of Denver Capital Group and worked directly with their high-net-worth clients in planning and investment management. Prior to spending over a decade building Denver Capital Group, he served as the Director of Institutional Sales for ARA USA in Denver and Phoenix. There he led efforts to market and close 31 institutional multifamily real estate assets worth over $1B. Earlier in his career, he was as a Development Manager with Toll Brothers (NYSE: TOL) and Sales Manager for Ryan Homes (NYSE: NVR).
Kyle received a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Corporate Accounting from the University of Rochester, Simon Graduate School of Business, Rochester New York. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Cincinnati, Ohio. He currently holds FINRA licenses Series 7 and Series 66, and Life Insurance and real estate licenses in Colorado.
