As Investment Operations Coordinator Ella brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our Investment Operations team. Her responsibilities include data entry related to investment records, managing investor portfolios, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records, performing prospective and existing investor onboarding activities, supporting day-to-day operations of various TTLC Corporate and Fund offerings, and collaborating closely with our Operations team and other departments and external partners.

Prior to joining our team, she served as a Bilingual Spanish Teacher at Denver Public Schools, demonstrating her ability to quickly interpret lesson plans, adapt her teaching style to diverse learning needs, and motivate students effectively. Ella also worked as a Home Programs Manager in Customer Experience at Landed, where she managed a CRM pipeline of 200+ homebuyers and provided guidance throughout the home closing process. Her experience extends to underwriting roles, as she previously served as an Underwriter and Data Analyst at Keller Mortgage and as an Underwriter and Trainer at Wells Fargo Bank, where she mentored a team of underwriters and conducted comprehensive risk analysis. Ella's extensive background in customer engagement, data analysis, and management roles makes her a valuable addition to our investment operations team. 

Ella received her B.A. in Journalism and Media Communication from Colorado State University and her B.A. in International Studies from the University of Colorado, Denver. She also holds certification as Certified ScrumMaster and earned her Jira Fundamentals Badge. In her free time Ella likes to travel to Florida to visit her condo, walking in nature and dancing.
