As the Senior Property & Development Analyst, Chase Siegel provides support to our Denver Property Team through evaluation and coordination of information relating to new and ongoing projects. Chase’s experience in underwriting and asset management is crucial in helping to determine new land opportunities for development. Through market research and financial analysis, he is able to help identify a site’s suitability for development potential. Chase has been instrumental to the progress and success of our team. Chase has been heavily involved with our market reports, underwriting, IC updates and Landbook presentations. He continues to add value to the team through his strong analytical skill set, passion for real estate, professional curiosity and implementation of key market statistics/understanding of trends.

Before joining The True Life Companies, Chase has worked for various real estate and development organizations. As Development Associate at Balfour Senior Living, Chase was responsible for underwriting over $400 million in acquisitions for land up development and dispositions of assets. Chase is experienced in asset management, forecasting, and researching target markets for future development.

Chase graduated the University of Maryland in 2017 with a BA in Real Estate Development and went on to earn his MS in Real Estate and the Built Environment from Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver. In his spare time Chase enjoys snowboarding, attending concerts, going to the movies, and trying new restaurants.
