Aaron Bigelow has a diverse background covering 18 years in business, with 13 years focused in the real estate industry, including financial analysis, appraisal, and data analysis. Aaron began his career as Senior Financial Data Researcher with Standard & Poor’s Inc., where he worked for four years before moving into real estate, initially managing teams of contractors, designers and subcontractors in project management. As his career path grew, Aaron went on to become a Real Estate Development Analyst with Goldberg Properties Inc., where he put his knowledge in data analytics to work, gathering local research data and performing financial forecasts.
Aaron also sourced and analyzed financial information to determine business strength and potential ratings risks for BBVA Compass Bancshares Inc. More recently, he was Senior Valuation Associate with CBRE Group, Inc., where he researched and evaluated residential land, multi-family, and commercial property, investigating and analyzing property backgrounds and conducting data searches to support appraisal work.
In his current role as Senior Financial Analyst for The True Life Companies, Aaron uses his skills in data analytics along with his knowledge of the real estate market, to assist in forecasting and evaluating locations best suited to growth and assuaging the housing crisis in cities where The True Life Companies is located. He works in collaboration with other team members in the Property Group to gather, analyze and identify the best locations for TTLC to carry out their mission of filling the housing gap in infill neighborhoods. In addition, Aaron operates as the liaison between the Property Team and the Accounting Team to build project budgets and reforecasts.
A long-time resident of the state of Colorado, Aaron attended the University of Colorado at Boulder where he obtained his Master of Business Administration. He lives in the city of Denver not far from the city’s lively downtown core. In his free time Aaron enjoys playing golf, rooting for the Broncos, going to a local CrossFit gym, and spending time with his family and friends.
