DENVER, CO – The True Life Companies (TTLC) is pleased to announce that Joe Marsh has joined the firm as Chief Financial Officer, with responsibility for all finance and accounting functions within the Company. Joe brings an extensive amount of experience to the executive team, having led impressive growth for several organizations over his career. Joe has both strategic as well as operational expertise building and scaling businesses that will enhance finance, accounting, reporting, and investments at TTLC.
Mr. Marsh joins the team from his recent role as Chief Financial Officer at Pronghorn Logistics, where he helped scale the company into several states with rapid financial growth before its acquisition by a $1 Billion public company. At Pronghorn he oversaw the Company’s finance, accounting, treasury, insurance, risk management functions, activities, and personnel, among others.

Prior to his role with Pronghorn Logistics, Joe served as Vice President of Finance at RockPile Energy Services, for several years, contributing to the growth of the company through numerous capital raises and strategic M&A transactions. Joe was a key participant in strategic planning, management, and also operations for the company, building and managing a 12 rig division that delivered 24 hour services. At RockPile, he maintained oversight of financial planning, analysis, KPIs, modeling, financings, and M&A, among others. After helping to guide the business through hyper-growth, an industry downturn, additional capital raises, and subsequent growth, the company was exited to a public strategic competitor.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Marsh worked at the private equity firm Harren Equity Partners, where his responsibilities included identifying and evaluating investments, transaction execution and financing, and monitoring portfolio companies across several industries.
He began his career at Houlihan Lokey, an investment banking firm specializing in M&A, capital raises and advisory work. Marsh is a graduate of the McIntire School of Commerce, University of Virginia, with a double concentration in Finance and Accounting.
