As Director, In-House Legal & Compliance for The True Life Companies Rosalie works in our Denver office and will be supporting the efforts of the Corporate Operations team. Her key responsibilities at TTLC include managing and coordinating contracts, including JV operating agreements and complex loan agreements, entering data and monitoring transactions, while maintaining systems, and project on-boarding in Landfolio.

Rosalie brings an impressive background as a successful lawyer for 12 years in the Philippines before immigrating to the US. More recently she has been working as the Executive Assistant to the CEO and President of Merlin International, Inc as well as Paralegal to the General Counsel.

Rosalie earned her BA in Political Science from Far Eastern University, Philippines and Bachelor of Laws from Saint Mary’s University, Philippines. She is also a member of the American Association of Notaries and Integrated Bar of the Philippines. In her spare time, she enjoys skiing, dancing, and mountain biking.
