As Property Operations Manager, Kim Sanfilippo is responsible for implementing and ensuring the Sacramento Region’s business objectives and goals are successfully achieved.  Additionally, Kim works with all regional offices and all cross-functional teams to align and report all of the Property Teams’ project pipelines with a core focus on managing critical milestones against the corporate company’s fiscal targets.  She is a strategic problem solver who is focused on consistency, efficiency and execution.

Kim has over fifteen years of experience in real estate. Her career began in commercial real estate with BT Commercial (now Cushman and Wakefield) and Grubb & Ellis. There she was involved in coordinating over 100 sale and lease transactions with an aggregate value of over $70.5 million. Prior to joining TTLC, Kim worked at Apple Inc. for the Retail Real Estate & Development Division. There, she held multiple positions; first as a Senior Real Estate Project Coordinator and then as a Real Estate Operations Coordinator. Her experience at Apple involved coordinating project schedules and approvals. She also worked on implementing senior management’s strategic plans and initiatives that oversaw 66% of Apple’s total retail fleet worldwide, including over 300 retail stores throughout the US, Canada and Latin America.  Kim served as a cross-functional liaison for the senior and executive management handling team and project management reporting, executive and board approvals, training, client relations, and real estate analytics. She had also previously worked at Facebook, Inc. as a procurement coordinator.

Kim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Menlo College in Atherton, California and is a California Public Notary.
